Mid Coast Outreach Incorporated is a volunteer-run charity in Wingham, providing food relief, disaster response, referrals and welfare support across the Mid Coast local government area.

It began in the Black Summer bushfires of 2019 to 2020, re-homing three fire-impacted horses, and became a charity in September 2020. It responded to the catastrophic floods of March 2021, and opened an outpost at Bulahdelah in late 2022. A Minderoo Foundation grant of $15,000 helped it establish itself in its first two years.
